Protection of personal data like name, address, telephone number or e-mail is important to us. We only collect, use and save your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The section below informs you of the type, scope and purpose of data collection and use. 

Data collection and processing

Any access to our website and any downloads of files saved on this website is logged. They are saved for internal system-related and statistical purposes. The following items are logged: The name, date and time of the file downloaded, the data quantity transferred, a report on successful downloading, the web browser and the requesting domain. In addition to this, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are also logged. Other personal data is only recorded if website users and/or customers voluntarily provide information, e.g. as part of an inquiry or registration for conclusion of a contract or their browser settings.


Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a text file which is sent and stored on the website user’s and/or customer’s hard drive when a website is visited. If the corresponding server of our website is accessed again by website user and/or customer, the website user and/or customer’s browser sends the cookie received previously back to the server. The server can evaluate the information received in this way in different ways. Cookies can be used to control advertising displays, for example, or navigation on a website. If the website user and/or customer wants to prevent cookies being used, they can do so by making local changes to their settings in the Internet browser, the programme they use to open and display websites

Use and forwarding personal data

Where users of our website provide personal data, we only use it to answer inquiries from the website user and/or customer, to process contracts concluded with the website user and/or customer and for technical administration. We only pass on or otherwise forward personal data to third parties if it is required for purposes of contract conclusion or accounting purposes or the website user and/or customer provided consent in advance. The website user and/or customer is entitled to revoke consent with future effect at any time.


Personal data stored can be deleted if the website user and/or customer revokes their consent for storage, if it is no longer required for the purpose for which the information was stored or if storage thereof is no longer permitted for other legal reasons.
Data for invoicing and accounting purposes is not affected by requests for deletion.


Use of Google Analytics

Our website uses the Google Analytics analysis service. This web analytics service is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter abbreviated to: Google). This analytics tool works based on cookies.
A cookie is a text file which is sent and stored on the website user’s hard drive when a website is visited to facilitate analysis of website use. The information saved by the cookie, will generally be sent to a Google server in the USA and saved there.

As part of IP anonymisation, Google abbreviates your IP address in an EU member state or another signatory state of the European Economic Area. On our behalf, Google will use the information transferred to produce a report on the website use. The IP address sent as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data by Google.
